My idea of paradise is...

‘Being with my family down on the beach in Puglia in southern Italy. I bought a little house there about six years ago on a whim. I wondered whether I'd be happy in one place but I am there. I've got to a certain point where, if given the opportunity to take a kayak down the Amazon, walk to Machu Picchu or even go to the moon, I'd probably be happier just going to Puglia and pootling about in the garden.’
