From Port Ellen

Turn left out of the ferry terminal and follow the A846 for about 1.5 miles until you approach a sharp left turn.  Turn off the main A846 at the tun onto the B8016, known locally as the High Road.  Follow this road for about 3 miles until you reach a turning on your left, signposted to Glenegedale.  High View is opposite the turning on your right.  There is ample private parking.

From Port Askaig

Follow the A846 from the ferry terminal for several miles, eventually passing through Bridgend.  After another half a mile take the left turn onto the B8016, (the High Road) signposted to Port Ellen.  Carry on this road for several miles until you come to the right turn for Glenegedale.  High View is opposite the turning, on your left.

From Islay Airport

Turn right out of the Airport and then almost immediately left into the Links road.  Follow the road to the top and at the T-Junction High View will be found almost opposite.
